Shipping Times

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Your order will be processed within 5-7 business days after it is placed and shipped on the following business day. Kindly note that we do not ship on weekends.

To ensure timely delivery of your order, please provide accurate and complete delivery information. Inaccurate or incomplete information may cause delays, and we may need to contact you to update it. Please note that customs clearance may also cause delays.

Kindly ensure that your address is filled out completely to avoid any inconvenience. Incomplete addresses may result in the return of your package to us, or your request may be ignored to prevent any inconvenience.

ORDER TRACKING

Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link that you can use to track your package until it reaches your doorstep. Please note that it may take the carrier 5-7 days to scan your package into their system.

If you're unable to track your package and no information is available, it simply means that the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Once the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.

If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, kindly contact us without hesitation, and we'll be happy to assist you.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that you carefully review your shipping address during the checkout process. We cannot accept responsibility for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

If you choose to contact the shipping carrier after your order has been shipped and request a package forwarding or redirection, please note that we cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit.
